One of my favorite parts of this job is handing over the keys to new homeowners.❤️🔑 This closing was special because Austin and Monica are first-time homebuyers! They’re not just buying a home...they’re investing in their future. Even better? Thanks to staying patient and calm throughout the negotiations, they’re moving into their new home with equity already on day one!
🏡I first met them at one of my open houses in Parker. They knew exactly what they wanted and where they wanted to live, so we got to work and found the home that checked every box. ✨Helping first-time buyers always reminds me why I got into real estate. 🌟Describe your job...but make it sound illegal. 😂🏡
🚪 I walk into strangers’ houses and inspect every room...yes, even the closets.
🧹 I make people clean their entire house, then tell them to leave for a few hours while I invite complete strangers in to walk around and critique it.
🔑 I unlock doors to homes that don’t belong to me.
🔢 I know secret lockbox codes all over town.
🚗 I spend my days driving complete strangers from house to house.
💰 I ask people about their finances within minutes of meeting them.
🤝 I negotiate over refrigerators, washers, dryers, and even curtain rods like they’re worth a fortune.
📝 Then I convince everyone to sign a mountain of legal paperwork.
🎉 Somehow, they thank me, hug me, and refer me to their friends.💗
😂 Turns out...I’m not running a crime ring...I’m just a Realtor!😂
