SOLD! We are pleased to announce the recent sale of a single syndication investment, Rogers Self Storage in New Berlin, WI. The sale resulted in gross returns of a 21% IRR and a 1.9X equity multiple over a 3.5 year hold period.

VanWest acquired this property in November of 2019 - the facility was a recently completed self storage conversion, and was 100% vacant at closing. By leveraging our operational platform, we grew rents and physical occupancy during the hold period and monetized that value creation with a successful sale to a regional operator.
