Congratulations to my clients for getting this beautiful house in Lochbuie. This new house we were able to negotiate 6% of the price, 33 thousand dollars that he will be able to use to pay closing cost or pay the interest rate. He was offered 4.875% for the first 2 years. Which is $300 dollars less per month compared to fixed rate. They also gave him the opportunity to refinance within a couple years. AND we they got the refrigerator, washer/dryer, backyard landscaping and fencing. So if you are thinking of buying TODAY is the time.
