I especially love this one because it’s such a great example of what can happen when the right strategy, preparation, and pricing come together.
I had previously sold the home next door, and after this home had been on the market for more than 100 days, the sellers reached out to me when their listing agreement expired. I was excited about the opportunity, but I also knew we needed to approach it differently if we wanted a different result.
Over the next couple of weeks, we worked closely together on pricing, preparation, and strategy, and my sellers were absolutely exceptional about trusting the process and implementing the recommendations.
