We’re excited to announce PAULS’ acquisition of Regency Plaza, a 15-story, 335,908-square-foot Class A office tower in the Denver Tech Center.

The acquisition marks a return to a property we know well and renews PAULS’ presence in the DTC. Regency Plaza has been exceptionally maintained, continues to demonstrate strong leasing momentum, and was recognized with the 2025 BOMA Denver Metro TOBY Award.

We look forward to building on the property’s success, working alongside the Colliers leasing team, and beginning the next chapter for Regency Plaza.

One year ago this week, PaulsCorp celebrated a milestone that was years in the making: the dedication of William B. Pauls Park in Gateway Park, Denver.

Located at the heart of Aline District, the 3.6-acre public park was created as a place for residents, neighbors, and the surrounding community to gather, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. The dedication brought together members of the Pauls family, our team, project partners, and community leaders to officially mark the opening of a space that will remain an important part of this growing district for years to come.

Looking back one year later, we are proud of what this moment represented and grateful to the many partners who helped bring the vision for William B. Pauls Park to life.
