In today’s market the common assumption is that to be able to buy a residential property buyers have to get into a bidding war with offers way above asking. We are having way too much fun! Christ Methodist Episcopal Church in Denver, Colorado, also known as Scott Methodist Episcopal Church, is a historic church at 2201 Ogden Street. It was built in 1889 and added to the National Register in 1976. After the congregation moved to a different location, the church was condominiumized as Sanctuary Lofts in 1995.
