There are easily 150-250 emails📧 sent & received during a typical real estate transaction, along with hundreds of texts💬, dozens of phone calls☎️, and lots of communication navigation to successfully get through the involved multiple stages and due diligence of a real estate transaction. It’s definitely not a walk in the park! But helping my clients step by step and seeing their happy faces at the end of perhaps the biggest purchase (or sale) of their lives is definitely the best part of being a realtor.
