Santos was referred to me by a past client. A few months earlier, he had been working with another agent and was told he did not qualify to buy. As soon as we connected, we scheduled a meeting with one of my preferred lenders. He brought all of his documentation, and he was pre-approved on the spot.

This was the first home he saw. Even though he wanted to keep looking, I knew this one was the perfect fit for him and his family.
