On my buyer I was able to negotiate 89K of the purchase price on an amazing 6 plex!!! They’ll be able to rent out each unit and have cash flow on a monthly basis!!!

Seller #1 After a bunch of showings I was able to help them get under contract and they were so happy and surprised because their sister has a home in the same neighborhood and it has been on the market for 3 months and only 1 showing!!

Seller #2 I was able to get them the cash offer they wanted at the price they needed!!!

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Congratulations to my first time home buyers!! We were able to go under contract on Thanksgiving day!!

We were able to negotiate some credits to help them close with around 1K out of their pocket!!

Sellers are very motivated and there’s not many new listings. Only 371 in the past 7 days.

Everyone is waiting till the new year and the buyers that are not waiting are getting great deals.

They were with a different agent 2 years ago and kept getting beat out and felt that it just wasn’t right for them.

Congratulations to my buyers!!! They originally came to us saying that they qualified them for 250K. We looked at everything and we where able to get the a qualification that doubled that!!

I was able to negotiate electrical issues, hvac issues, plumbing issues and on top of that $7500 on credit!

They were able to purchase this home with only 2500 down!! Thanks for trusting in me familia Campos!!
