Grateful for an incredible month helping clients through some big life transitions:

One home had previously been listed with a discount brokerage, with little to no feedback from showings. The sellers had already moved to Central America and were feeling discouraged—considering renting instead of selling. With a fresh strategy, we were under contract in just 10 days. The relief and joy they felt was everything.

Another set of sellers showed incredible patience. We listed during a very slow market while they had already purchased their next home and were in the middle of moving. Staying the course paid off and we got it done.

And one of my favorite full-circle moments—last November, I helped a client negotiate a great deal on their home purchase. This month, we turned around and sold that same home using strategic marketing and strong positioning to attract great buyers. Always amazing to see the process come full circle.
