Another big smile for a first-time home buyer! 🏡😊

This one was extra special as wee originally got outbid on her dream home, and it was definitely a tough moment for her.. But instead of giving up, we stayed in touch with the listing agent and kept the door open.

When the home came back on the market, we were fortunate enough to get the first call — and this time, we were able to get it under contract!

A great reminder that in real estate, things can change quickly and persistence pays off. So excited for my client and this next chapter!
