So excited for the X Games!! They will be going live tomorrow and this is a rare chance to see some of the headliners perform before they head to the Winter Olympics in Beijing. Covid precautions are going in full force so be sure you check into the expectations before you head up to Aspen/Buttermilk.

I'll be showing places in Denver this weekend but I'll definitely have this on whenever I can. Be sure to tune in!

I am SO happy and excited for my first time home buyer who closed on this incredible townhome yesterday! This bright and open new build is located just south of the desirable BelMar area of Lakewood, and my client was lucky enough to score one of the best plots with amazing views of the foothills right out her bedroom window. The build process was a little lengthy with some supply chain hang ups, but all in all a huge win b/c my client is not competing with the madness that is our buyers market. Thanks so much for the chance to be of assistance with your purchase Liza!! And thanks for the referral Dan and Roxanne!!

Wishing everyone a happy and relaxing Thanksgiving!! We are mixing things up a bit this year by adding Asian sticky ribs and bourbon roasted cinnamon & sugar nuts to the smoked turkey and myriad of sides. The turkey is still in the brine, but I’ll have that on the Gateway Drum Smoker shortly. Happy Thanksgiving all!!

I know it's a little early for this post since Thanksgiving has not happened yet,...but, I'm a planner & wanted to get this info out ahead of the turkey comas coming next week. So while you are hanging with family, friends, loved ones, you can get a sense of the Colorado Lighting days & maybe plan out some stops. I plan to do this between my various rounds of food and midday naps on Thanksgiving, and halftime of the Rapids MLS playoff game.

It's that time of year! Vail and Breckenridge are opening today, KOSI 101.1 started playing Christmas Music already (tad early for me, but whatever), and it's get back to the gym time for getting my leg strength up. My kiddos are still learning to ski and I need all the training I can get to successfully crush 4 hours of slow moving, hard braking green runs. They usually get to blue runs about the time I'm totally exhausted. Check out the info for the various Colorado ski locations and opening days!

This was an incredible win for both the sellers and the buyers! The buyers were in town for only 1 weekend and needed into this neighborhood, and the sellers brought me in to take over the listing on opening weekend due to an emergency with their prior Realtor. All parties of the transaction worked in amazing fashion, making for one of the fastest and silky smooth transactions I have ever done. So happy for the win-win-win scenario we were all able to create!! And big congratulations to my sellers on a quick sale!!

Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays for all the reasons that makes it great, from the decorations, costumes, plucking pieces of candy from my kids bag while they are not looking, hot apple cider, etc. I hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween! Bundle up tonight, its going to be chilly!
