That being said, it is a great time to be a buyer, with the current market offering less competition ahead of the election. This gives buyers more leverage during inspections and negotiations, and Craig is in an excellent position to benefit from it. "Matt: Good news! We got a counter
Bob: Bad news. I needed a whole condo. What do I do with some granite?
Matt: Hahaha! Too funny!
Bob: Thank you thank you"
