JUST SOLD! 🏡✨

1901 W 36th Ave is officially SOLD! 🎉

Congratulations to John on officially closing on his LoHi duplex! 🎉

This one took a little patience! We had the same buyer come back THREE different times before we were finally able to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. We also made it through inspection without John having to give up a single dollar! 🙌

Now, John and Simone are onto their next adventure: building an addition onto their home and creating the space that makes the most sense for their family. ❤️

More affordable housing is on the way in Denver! 🏘️

Colorado is investing approximately $18.5 million through Proposition 123 to support five affordable housing developments across Denver. Together, these projects will create more than 400 new homes for families, older adults, and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.

As Denver continues to grow, investments like these help expand housing opportunities and support a stronger, more inclusive community for residents across the city.

🔥 October Home Maintenance: Cold Weather Ready 🏡❄️

Colorado weather can change fast, so October is the perfect time to prepare your home for winter. 🍂

🔥 Inspect and clean your fireplace or chimney, make sure it's safe before lighting your first fire.

🚪 Weatherproof windows and doors to keep warm air in and cold air out.

🌱 Aerate and fertilize your lawn to strengthen the grass before winter dormancy.

💧 Winterize your sprinkler system and store garden hoses, which helps prevent frozen pipes and costly repairs.

❄️ Check or cover your A/C unit, or winterize your swamp cooler if you have one, following the manufacturer's recommendations.

A little preparation now can help your home stay comfortable all winter long. 🏠💙

I'm excited to introduce this month's Local Business Spotlight featuring Cassandra Severns, the owner of YogaSix Edgewater (my go-to yoga studio!). From overcoming her own health challenges to becoming the owner of a woman-owned yoga studio, Cassandra is creating a welcoming space where people can build strength, reduce stress, and find community.

Personally, I have not found a better studio in Denver! There are some amazing teachers at this studio, including Cassandra, who teaches an AWESOME mobility class! One of my other favorite classes is Friday night power with Kelsey, and candlelit hot yoga on Wednesday nights with Mariah! Join me anytime if you want to check out the studio!
