My client bought her first home using an ITIN loan and most of her savings 💰to accomplish her goal. Is it worth it? Ask any home owner, don’t ask me because I am pretty biased 😂. My client got her home $13,000 UNDER asking and $8,000 in concessions!

Last Friday I closed 🔑 on this property 🏡 for my clients. We fought hard for this one due to poor choices in lenders but thankfully came through and helped us close in just 2 weeks! My clients were in love with the property. They had already tried purchasing a property in the past (not with me) and they couldn’t make their dream a reality. I am a firm believer in patience and education when it comes to and helping my clients navigate the process. I couldn’t thank my clients enough for putting their trust in me. 👨🏾‍💻
