Pet Fees: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 pet deposit per pet (refundable at end of lease term, pending damage assessment). Pet rent is $25 per month per cat, and $50 per month per dog. There is no weight limit, but breed restrictions do apply.
