I am a University of Northern Iowa graduate who moved to the metro post college. I am a former elite du/triathlete and even had the opportunity to represent Team USA in the World Duathlon Championships which were held in Rimini, Italy in 2008. I have a passion for heath/fitness and currently am involved with CrossFit. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking/baking, watching my girls play soccer and basketball, making vids/reels with a humorous spin, and love to attend concerts and shows when I can get to them.
