🎉 UNDER CONTRACT!

One I’m especially proud of — 101 Ashworth Road in West Des Moines is officially under contract!

This one was not easy. There were plenty of moving pieces, a few hoops to jump through, & moments where getting everyone to the finish line felt like a challenge.
—But we had a goal, we had a buyer who shared that vision, stuck with it until we found a way to make it work for everyone involved!
