One of my favorite parts of commercial real estate is getting in the trenches with my clients—figuring out what actually works for their business!

For this one, we’ve looked at land, existing buildings + everything in between—and after several tours, we found the right fit for their Bike retail + mechanic shop. Today, their LOI was accepted! 🎉

Birthday mornings look a little different in Florida. ☀️🌊☕️

A little coffee, ocean breeze, emails, phone calls, & a whole lot of gratitude.
Work doesn’t stop just because we’re having a little fun, so the laptop came with me—getting things done with a view.

Tomorrow is a big one, too. We have our pre-application meeting for a development project I’ve been working on for the last couple of months, and I’m hopeful we’ll be closer to getting this project officially under contract for my clients.

One of my favorite parts of commercial real estate is watching historic buildings find new life. 🏗️✨

We recently attended a wedding at the old French Way Cleaners in Highland Park— I was blown away by the transformation.
SHYFT did an incredible job preserving the building’s historic character while creating a beautiful, modern event space.

It’s easy to see why this project was recognized with the Preservation Project of Merit Award. 👏🏽
