Happy New Year Everybody! We hope everybody finished 2020 strong and healthy. We wanted to share some exciting news with you all. As we start 2021, Coluzzi Real Estate is now merging with Sell Now Iowa. So as we transition our brand, please go give a follow. Nothing changes with us though. We are still leaders in the local investing market, but now focusing solely on acquiring and flipping houses in the Des Moines area. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
