THE INDEPTH STORY OF
WHY WE STARTED:

The reason we got into this business is very personal to us.

Someone very close to us was going through a difficult time and lost a property to a tax sale.

By the time we found out what was happening, it was too late for us to help.

Our friend walked away with nothing.

The business that purchased the property later sold it for approximately $200,000.00.

We couldn't undo what happened, but we hated the outcome. Someone who was already going through a difficult situation was left with even more stress and heartbreak — and nothing to show for a property their family had owned for many years.

So we started asking questions.

Were there other options?

Could someone facing a difficult situation sell their property before losing everything?

Could they walk away with something instead of nothing?

We started researching.

We discovered there WERE other options had we known about them in time.

We began taking professional training to learn and understand the various options that could have solved our friend's situation. We learned options that can help others facing stressful or similar situations.

That experience helped shape the direction of Purple Diamond Properties and eventually led to DM HOMEBUYERS.

Today, we know we're not the right solution for every homeowner — and we don't pretend to be.

But we can listen. We can explain what options may be available. And if what we offer isn't the best solution, we're willing to say so and recommend people who might work better in a specific instance.

Because sometimes having the right information before a difficult situation becomes a crisis can make all the difference.

We only wish our friend had gotten that information in time.

Here's a HOMEOWNER TIP about protecting your roof. Many home insurance companies are tightening up their rules about what is covered and what isn't. When you renew your home insurance or move to a different home make sure you know what's covered and if it's replacement cost or partial payment.

Last Saturday I was pleased to join Jesse Kern and his Keller Williams Legacy Team for his Spider-Man: Brand New Day Movie Event. Jesse's Team collected 158.80 pounds of food for DMARC (Des Moines Area Religious Council Food Panty Network).
It was an awesome time for all and a great movie. Thank you Jesse Kern for including me. You do a great job building a community and have great affiliates supporting you. I highly recommend Jesse Kern and his team.
