🏠HE101 HOUSING OPPORTUNITY — 3 BEDROOM / 3 BATH
Do you know what a Project-Based Voucher (PBV) is?
A PBV is a form of rental assistance similar to Section 8, but there is one BIG difference:
👉 The assistance is attached to the apartment — not the person.
That means you DO NOT necessarily need to already have a Section 8 voucher to qualify for a PBV unit.
HE101 currently knows of a 3-bedroom / 3-bath PBV unit that is available, and we are looking to connect an eligible household with this housing opportunity.
Basic eligibility/screening may include:
âś… Household must qualify for the 3-bedroom unit under program requirements
âś… Must meet HUD/PHA income and eligibility requirements
âś… Cannot have a disqualifying balance owed from previous HUD/Section 8 housing
đź’° Have an old housing balance? Don't automatically count yourself out. Depending on the circumstances, resolving the balance may allow you to move forward.
âś… Criminal history is subject to applicable HUD/PHA and property screening requirements
âś… Applicants must complete the required eligibility and screening process
⚠️ This is not a regular Section 8 voucher that you take from property to property. The rental assistance is connected to this specific unit.
