Sight lines are the clear, uninterrupted visual paths that guide your eyes through a space. We like to keep that in mind every time we stage a house because good sight lines are a big deal for how a buyer will feel walking through a home. Staging with sight lines in mind will absolutely make rooms feel larger and make you excited to see what’s next! The home we staged today had fun blue & white wallpaper in the kitchen, so in order to make that space feel connected and purposeful with the rest of the home we used bits of blue along with a complementary color throughout all of the other rooms. Each room felt interesting in its own right, BUT they also had bits of blue in order to keep the flow of the home flowin’💙
