Thursday’s acreage tour for a valuation was a reminder on why I love my career!! This property was so interesting. I limited the pictures because there are some privacy concerns here but this farm has been in the family for 5 generations. The 1800s house is still so charming & the whole property is extremely well maintained.
The previous owner was an Artist that was offered a job by Disney in the 1930s.
The combine picture has a pretty crazy story tied into a local heinous crime story!!!
The Summer kitchen was connected to the house & made into an art studio. Original doors & floors! Really cool murals in the 2nd story bedrooms. Sweet property!

🌶️🥒Not just another day at the office! Iowa Realty Waukee hosted a pickling & salsa competition. I didn’t realize I knew so many good picklers & Agents that could make homemade salsas!! My pals Jerry Steenhoek & Sandy Delzell took home some fancy hardware too! 🏆🥇

What a fun weekend of civic duty with my boys! We represented the Indianola Wellness Campus in the Celebrate Warren County Parade & Iowa Realty assisted visitors to the National Balloon Classic!

Holy crap!! I can’t believe it’s been 10 years! I’ve been through a lot of things in this business & I don’t intend on going anywhere! THANK YOU so much to all those that support my business & me personally! I’m truly blessed every day.

This Spring I sent out seed packets to Clients & friends with little kids so they can grow some wildflowers. I threw a pack out too & they’re starting to pop! 🤩

Well I spent a couple days in Branson, MO helping an elderly Client prepare & list his vacation home. I used Iowa Realty’s referral system & got him set-up with a dynamite Agent!! This will be the 4th State I’ve “sold” a house in!
