☀️ Beat the Heat: Tips for Staying Cool in 95° Weather!

With temperatures climbing into the mid-90s, it's important to take extra precautions to stay safe and comfortable. Here are a few simple ways to beat the heat:

💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day—even if you don't feel thirsty.
Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing to help keep your body cool.
Stay in the shade or air conditioning whenever possible, especially during the hottest hours (10 a.m.–4 p.m.).
Apply sunscreen and wear a hat if you're spending time outdoors.
Don't forget your pets! Make sure they have plenty of fresh water and avoid walking them on hot pavement.
🚗 Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle, even for a few minutes.
Check in on neighbors, friends, or family members who may be more sensitive to the heat.
