Since this page apparently went into witness protection after July, figured I should check back in.

Yes. Still in real estate.

Just less on the “posting closing selfies” side and more on the “buried in title commitments, surveys, easements, lender requirements, solar development, legal review, and complex commercial transactions” side.

Honestly, the deeper I got into the legal and technical side of real estate, the more I realized how much happens behind the scenes that most people never see... and apparently I liked it enough that I’m starting law school this August with a real estate focus.

So no, I’m probably never becoming a full-time real estate influencer. But if you need somebody who actually understands the moving parts behind a deal, residential or commercial, I’m still around and fully licensed.
