1. Dom wyczyści Ci konto.
Jeśli po down payment i closing costs zostajesz bez oszczędności — STOP. Dom zawsze coś „wymaga”.

2. Inspekcja pokazuje poważne problemy.
Piękna kuchnia nie naprawi złego dachu, hydrauliki czy fundamentów. Czasami lepiej stracić dom niż kupić problem.

3. Uważaj na piękne „flipy”.
Nowa kuchnia i łazienka wyglądają super? Sprawdź, co jest pod spodem. Szybki remont nie zawsze oznacza dobrą jakość.

Nie każdy dom, w którym się zakochasz, powinien zostać Twoim domem. ❤️🏡

Dobry agent nie tylko pomaga Ci znaleźć dom — czasami mówi Ci, kiedy od niego odejść.
