A conversation I had recently:

Potential buyer:
💬 “Helen, I don’t think I’m ready.”

Me:
💬 “Why?”

Buyer:
💬 “My credit isn’t perfect.”

After talking through their situation…

Guess what?

They were much closer than they thought.

This happens all the time.

People think:
❌ Credit isn’t high enough
❌ Need more money saved
❌ Need a better job

Sometimes that’s true.

Many times it’s not.

The first step isn’t buying.

The first step is finding out where you stand.

You can’t build a plan if you don’t know the starting point.

False.
