About 18 months ago I quit my full-time job and began working full-time as a real estate agent. I just want to let anybody know if you’re looking for property anywhere in California I can help you; especially Southern California and the Palm Springs/ Palm Desert/Desert Hot Springs area. My areas of expertise also includes Beaumont, Banning, Yucca Valley and Morongo as well as beloved Joshua Tree.

Have you ever thought about downsizing selling your Los Angeles or Orange County home and putting a few hundred K in the bank while living a resort year-round lifestyle with golf and hot mineral water?

Call me. I’ll can give you a good idea of what your house is worth even how much it would take to get it ready to sell; sell it for you; usually within 30 to 45 days if we’re priced at market.

What about a second home in the desert if you’re someplace where it’s cold? Fresh air and Mountain View’s don’t get old. It gets a little hot here a couple of months out of the summer, but we’ve learned how to handle it by getting our work done in the morning in the evening and during the hot times of day working inside in our air-conditioned comfort

I’ve been living out here for 10 years from Los Angeles and I can tell you it is the retiree Disneyland -there’s plenty of places to park, shop, hike, swim, play golf, go to the theater, world class restaurants, movies, indoor and outdoor concerts, tennis, pickleball. We’ve got the best of everything.

I hate to brag but it is a nice lifestyle. It’s relaxed. It’s fresh air it’s quiet. Let me know if you’d like to know more.
