Did you know where you wear your flower in Hawaii can have a meaning? Behind the left ear can traditionally signal that you’re in a relationship, while behind the right ear can signal that you’re single.

Wellllll… I’m rocking my flower on the RIGHT! 🌺➡️😂

And baby, I’m embracing my singleness!

Don’t get me wrong—I love love, and being in a relationship can be beautiful. But being single is pretty great too! 😂

I enjoy my time to myself. I like traveling, enjoying my peace, doing my own thing, and getting to know ME.

And one thing about me… I don’t jump from one relationship to the next. Nope! 🚫😂

Because people come with baggage… and I like to travel LIGHT! ✈️😂

And to my sisters: DON’T RUSH! ❤️

Just because you’re single doesn’t mean you need to grab the first person who shows up. You don’t want to catch a FAN like Kendrick talked about! 😂😂

I’ve been back home for a week, but this island girl is STILL mentally in Hawaii! 🌺🌴🌊

I love the islands—the crystal-clear water, the beautiful green tropical plants, the delicious food, the warm breeze, and just the peaceful feeling of being surrounded by God’s beautiful creation. 🙏🏽💙

Baby, we had a TIME in Hawaii once again! 🥰🌺

Now I’m trying to figure out… do I love Maui more than Kauai? 🤔😂

Naaaah… I think I love Kauai a little more! 💚🌴 But honestly, I’m an island girl, and I LOVE Hawaii. Period! 🌺🌊

Coffee & Keys with Patio P ☕🔑

I keep hearing horror stories about energy bills, and every time I do, I clutch my purse a little tighter! 😳😂

Meanwhile, I’m over here thanking God and Reliant Energy because my bill has stayed consistent since I signed up a year ago. 🙌🏽

I was so happy to renew and lock in another year. In a time when everything seems to be going up, it’s nice to have one less surprise.

And Lord knows gas is jumping in price every day! ⛽️💸 At this point, I need my energy bill to stay calm because my gas tank is acting like it has expensive taste! 😂

But through it all, I keep my mind fixed on Jesus. He is my source, not my circumstances. When prices go up, when bills come due, and when life feels uncertain, I remember that God is still on the throne.

Jehovah Jireh—my Provider. 🙏🏽❤️

The same God who provided yesterday is the same God who will provide today and tomorrow. My faith isn’t in the economy; my faith is in the One who owns it all.

I am so proud to say I am your mom. Thank you for being loving, caring, smart, and just the right amount of crazy to keep everybody on their toes! 😂

Being a Virgo means you have a plan for everything, a backup plan for the plan, and a checklist to make sure both plans work. Meanwhile, I’m just over here trying to figure out what day it is! 🤣

Thank you for always checking in on us and making sure everyone is safe. We can always count on you to know our location, our destination, and probably our ETA too! 😂 You would make a great warden, detective, FBI agent, or head of family security. Nothing gets past a Virgo!

☕🔑 Coffee & Keys with Patio P 🔑☕

My heart is full this morning!

Sitting out on the patio with my grandson CJ, and we’re both wide awake. No matter where I am, my Texas body clock usually has me up around 7:30 a.m. But why are we up at 3:33 in the morning? 😂 SMH.

Yet here we are, sitting on the patio, enjoying the sound of the waves rolling in and taking in the beauty around us.

Because we get to.

This coffee on the patio is hitting different this morning. ☕🌊

I get to have a do-over in life. I get to experience the different seasons of life with a grateful heart. I get to continue serving my real estate clients, working hard, building a legacy, and creating memories with the people I love.

I love my mommy. I love my family. I love my adult children. And I absolutely love, love, love my grandbabies!

As a breast cancer survivor, I don’t take these moments for granted. Every sunrise is a gift. Every breath is a blessing. Every memory made with family is priceless.

This morning, I’m simply thankful.

Thank You, Lord, for allowing us to vacation another week on this beautiful island of Maui. Thank You for Your goodness, mercy, grace, and for the opportunity to spend precious time with family. Thank You for the waves, the coffee, the laughter, and the reminder that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.

❤️ Grateful for life. Grateful for family. Grateful for second chances. Grateful because we get to.
