This one was a little more special than others. I remember the times she brought me pickled cauliflower, kept her purse strapped to the cart so I wouldn’t hide it, and she still gives the BEST hugs! Congratulations to all 3 of my friends, even though I’m just “Allen’s Realtor.” 🙄

If you know my truck, you know it’s had a long history with the Merseal Family. One or the other has always kept it going. We hit 386,000 miles and the ole truck decided it needed a new brake line so it went back to the Merseal’s to get fixed. Now I have a nice air freshener and my brakes work again!

Huge congratulations to Coty and Jesse on their first home! Sometimes the search takes longer and that’s okay, I’m here long term. They closed on their home today and are getting married in a few weeks! Thank you to Kate and Tim Day - Flat Branch Home Loans for another successful closing. It’s always a pleasure working with both of you. Their customer service is always on point and I never have to worry about anything!
