I love days like today. This sweet couple had a lot of obstacles and trials in the process of buying the home of their dreams, but today they got the keys!!

If it weren’t for Annemarie McClain and her team at there is no way we could have closed on time or possibly at all. What other loan officer and processor do you know that will work weekends and late nights to finish a deal on time?

Thank you Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast for a wonderful night last night! I’m honored to have received two awards for my work in 2023. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my husband Dan and my Transaction Coordinator, Jessica Chandler. I also need to acknowledge my broker Jacqui Luberto and her husband Matt Luberto for their mentorship and help over the last three years. Friendly and important reminder!!

If you purchased a home in 2023 there is a good chance you do not have homestead tax exemption yet. To receive an exemption for taxes on your primary residence-please apply for homestead exemption before March 1st! This will help your monthly payments greatly. Below are the links with specific application instructions for each county. Remember-the deadline is before the first of March-otherwise you will have to wait until next year!
