Hi everyone, and welcome to our page!

We're Andy and Malorie – the husband-and-wife duo behind MASTR Homestays, a short-term rental property management business located right here in the heart of middle Georgia.

As locals to the area, we have always had a strong desire to see our community thrive and grow. With a drive both for entrepreneurship and hospitality, we decided to list our first home on AirBnB in April of 2021. What started as a way to earn supplemental income quickly became a passion for us. We've since grown our portfolio to 13 homes (and counting) in the Houston County area. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to continually host a variety of people, from business travelers to families visiting loved ones.

We had no idea that short-term rentals would be as successful in middle Georgia as we have seen them to be. After only two years in, our business began growing so rapidly that we knew we would have to make a shift. So, at the close of 2022, we decided to leave our full-time jobs and focus solely on our business. While it was definitely a leap of faith, it's been the best decision we could've made.

Outside of work, we're actively involved in our local church, with Andy often leading worship. We (of course) love to travel, try new foods, binge watch our favorite tv shows, spend time with family and friends, and love on our adorable pup, Elle.

While we are passionate about hospitality, it really is the love of entrepreneurship that has brought us to this point. Our mission is to display the love of Jesus to everyone we encounter - whether this be the guests in our homes or those following us virtually. Through this page, we hope to share our passion for hosting, provide updates on our community, and offer encouragement along the way for others with an entrepreneur sprit.
