Everyone keeps talking about how “slow” the 30A market is…

So explain the homes still getting multiple offers.

They exist.

The difference? Buyers have stopped overpaying for homes that were overpriced to begin with.

Price a good property where the market says it should be, and suddenly there’s competition.

So maybe the question isn’t “Where did all the buyers go?”

Maybe it’s “Are sellers still pricing like it’s 2021?”

There’s no denying it… 30a has changed A LOT.

More homes. More developments. More restaurants. More people. And seemingly, more construction everywhere you look.

Some would say we’re finally catching up with the demand that’s been here for years.

Others would say we’re building too much, too fast.

As someone who lives and works in this market, I think it’s a conversation worth having.
