Hi everyone! 👋🏽 I’m Robbie, one of the long-term property managers, here with ONE Family Property Services, based primarily in Okaloosa County and working across the Emerald Coast (PCB to Pensacola).

I work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors on the rental side, helping military clients and accidental landlords understand what renting will actually look like long-term.
