The Market Action Index has been trending lower for several weeks, while prices have remained relatively stable. If inventory continues to grow relative to demand, the market could experience downward pressure on pricing.

The market continues to offer a slight buyer’s advantage. Home sales have exceeded new inventory for several weeks. Prices have not yet moved higher while excess inventory is absorbed, but continued supply-and-demand trends could move the market toward the seller’s zone and create upward pressure on pricing.
