Huge congratulations to Abi and Will on purchasing their very first home!

Over the course of our search, we navigated multiple-offer situations, spent plenty of time touring homes in the Florida heat, and handled the entire buying process from a distance while they relocated from New Mexico.

One of my favorite parts of working with them was talking about all the lifestyle differences between New Mexico and Florida. From snakes and gators to native plants, hurricanes, fishing and of course...Florida Man 🌴🐊😂.

Helping good people reach a milestone like this is one of the best parts of what I do. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to help them find a place to call home, and I can’t wait to see them start this next chapter.

👋 When people think of a REALTOR®, they usually picture the headshot.

That’s part of the job... but it’s far from the whole story.

The first photo is the professional version of me. The one who stays organized, communicates clearly, keeps deals moving, anticipates challenges, finds solutions, and advocates for my clients every step of the way to achieve the best possible outcome. 🏡🤝

The rest of the photos? That’s the real fuel behind everything I do.

I’m a husband, a dad, a veteran, someone who loves the outdoors, staying active, and spending every chance I get with my family. Those experiences shape how I approach this business. 🇺🇸💪🌲🎣

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make. It deserves more than someone who can unlock doors and fill out contracts. It deserves someone who listens, communicates honestly, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about the people behind the transaction.

Some of my favorite parts of this job have nothing to do with real estate. They’re the conversations on the drive to a showing, celebrating around the closing table, and staying in touch long after the keys have changed hands. 🍻 (minus the beer 😉), handshakes, and lifelong friendships.

Every closing has a story, and this one was a special one. 🏡

Congratulations to Andrea and Justin on the purchase of their new home here in Florida! 🇺🇸

They were referred to me by Jason and Marilyn Richesin in Washington before they made their move across the country. At first, they weren’t sure whether buying or renting made the most sense, so we took the time to look at every option. We talked through their lifestyle, commute, budget, and what a home needed to offer for their growing family.

After narrowing down the search, we found the perfect fit in Cantonment—a home in fantastic condition with a spacious backyard and even a whole-home generator. 🏡⚡

The biggest challenge was coordinating the sale of their home in Washington while purchasing here in Florida. 🛫➡️🌴 It took a lot of planning, communication, and teamwork between everyone involved, but seeing it all come together made it well worth the effort. 🤝

This was also another special transaction because I had the opportunity to work alongside my wife , who handled the financing. She worked tirelessly to secure a competitive loan and kept everything moving smoothly from contract to closing.

Huge congratulations to Maggie, Marcus, and Will! 🏡🎉

After more than a year since we first met, they’re officially headed home to Deer Moss Creek in Niceville! 🙌

From the very beginning, we knew we weren’t going to settle just to settle. They already loved living in the area, but they wanted a home where Will could run around with neighborhood friends, enjoy the community pool, and still be close to everything that makes Niceville such a great place to live.

Our search took us all over the Emerald Coast—from Gulf Breeze to Navarre—but we kept coming back to Niceville. In the end, we found the perfect corner lot with a floor plan they loved, and they were even able to personalize it by selecting their own finishes.

This is exactly why I love what I do. We never felt pressured to rush the process. We stayed patient, kept looking, and waited for the right home. Seeing it all come together for this wonderful family makes every showing worth it.
Congratulations, you guys! Wishing you many years of memories in your beautiful new home. 🏡

Excited to announce one of the most exciting projects I’ve had the privilege of being a part of in real estate. 🏡🔥

We have officially closed on an incredible 2-acre parcel in a prime location in Mary Esther with frontage on Hwy 98, which will become the future home of Southern Soul Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. 🥋

When I first joined the academy alongside my daughter, the academy owners, Kevin and Lexi, mentioned wanting to explore options for a new location after outgrowing their current space. That conversation turned into a plan, and now we’re seeing that plan come to life. 📍➡️🏗️

This project came together through a unique partnership structure, with the academy set to operate in the new space while the property itself is being developed through an investment group behind the project. It’s been incredible to help connect the vision, strategy, and ex*****on from start to finish.

Jiu Jitsu has become a new passion of mine, and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of something that will create such a positive impact for the community, families, and everyone who walks through those doors in the future. 🤝

Grateful for the trust, excited for what’s ahead, and looking forward to watching this vision become reality. 🙏

HUGE congratulations to Sean and Trish! 🏡🙌🎉

The amount of milestones these guys just hit at the same time is insane. They just had a beautiful baby, Sean just got Commissioned as an Officer in the Air Force✈️, and they got orders to Germany after he completes OTS 🪖.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Sean since 2015, we met at Eglin through mutual friends. We have a ton of similar interests, we played soccer ⚽️ for the base team together, we both served in the same unit, and we both had similar goals in the military. We also separated from the military around the same time and remained in the local area after our initial service commitment.

I love real estate but I absolutely love to see my brothers and sisters grow and succeed. Congratulations on the sale of your home brother and best of luck in your next adventure! 🫡

What a ride! 🎢 But we’re officially closed! 🏡🗝️

Huge Congrats to Ross and Stacy and my man Royce on the purchase of their beautiful home in Niceville! All closings are special, but this one was extra special. We’ve been friends for over a decade, going all the way back to our early military days. No matter where the military sent them—even after PCS’ing to North Carolina—we’ve stayed close.

When they got orders bringing them back to the panhandle, they reached out to me to help find the perfect home. We searched everywhere from Navarre to Fort Walton, and ultimately landed in Niceville in the Deer Moss Creek subdivision.

From the very beginning, timing was our biggest concern. Real estate is rarely straightforward, and they were also preparing their home in North Carolina for rent and securing a tenant at the same time.

We ended up finding a to-be-built home, which worked out perfectly. It gave them the flexibility to customize it to fit exactly what they needed—and it truly couldn’t have been a better fit.

I’m incredibly grateful for your trust and even more excited to have you both back in the area. Thank you for letting me be part of such an important chapter. Congrats again on your beautiful home! 🏡
