Market Update: We have been seeing the market cool down over the past couple of months, sellers are starting to offer concessions, days on market are increasing, and pricing has become crucial to selling a home. Inventory has slightly increased as demand has gone down (due to inflation, rising interest rates, and a decreased supply of affordable housing). With the fed increasing interest rates to fight inflation, peoples buying power are decreasing drastically. For example people that were preapproved for $350k 6 months ago are now only preapproved for $280k or less. Now is one of the best times to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
