🌴 **SANDPIPER COVE IS STANDING STRONG AFTER THE STORM!** 🌊☀️

We are happy to share some wonderful news from beautiful Sandpiper Cove! ❤️

Our community weathered the hurricane remarkably well, and we are incredibly grateful to report that **damage throughout the property has been relatively minor.**

🏖️ **Our beautiful beach and protective sand dunes held up well!**

🌴 We lost only one palm tree, with some additional landscaping cleanup needed.

🏡 We experienced some siding damage and damage to portions of our white vinyl fencing along Highway 98.

💦 The underneath areas of Villas 23–26 experienced some flooding, but thankfully, most of the water has already receded.

🍽️ Even our friends at The Lagniappe felt the strength of the storm, with some wind damage to their sign!

**Our dedicated Sandpiper Cove team is already assessing the property and identifying areas that need attention.**

⚡ **OFFICE & OPERATIONS UPDATE:** We are currently awaiting restoration of electrical power. **As soon as power is restored and conditions are safe, our Administrative and Rental Teams will return to the offices and resume normal operations.** We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this time.

While there is some cleanup and repair work ahead, we have so much to be thankful for.

To our incredible employees, owners, residents, and guests, thank you for your support, patience, and concern throughout the storm.

Our thoughts remain with our neighbors and everyone along the Gulf Coast who may have experienced more significant impacts.

**The storm may have passed, but the Sandpiper Cove spirit remains as strong as ever!** 💙🌴

Stay safe, everyone. We look forward to welcoming you back to paradise soon!

Dear Sandpiper Cove Guest,

Due to the anticipated impacts of Hurricane Isaias and the emergency conditions affecting the Destin area, Sandpiper Cove has temporarily suspended guest arrivals and rental operations.

The safety of our guests, owners, and employees remains our highest priority.

If your reservation falls within the affected closure period, our Rental Department will work with you to review available options, including rescheduling your stay or receiving a refund for accommodations we are unable to provide.

Guests who are currently on property should follow all official evacuation instructions and communications issued by Sandpiper Cove Management.

Our Administrative and Rental Offices will remain closed until conditions are safe for our team to return. Once access is restored and property inspections are completed, we will provide additional information regarding reopening and future reservations.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this weather emergency and look forward to welcoming you to Sandpiper Cove when conditions permit.

Wishing you and your families safety and well-being as we navigate the storm. Please take every precaution, stay safe, and know that your safety remains our highest priority.

Sincerely,

Sandpiper Cove Rental Management Team

🍂🌊 PSA: Fall Break was NOT made for sitting at home!

Trade the couch and the same old routine for salty air, sandy toes, Gulf breezes, and sunsets at Sandpiper Cove.

Sleep in. Grab some coffee. Head to the beach. Forget what day it is. And let your biggest decision be…

Beach first or lunch first? 😎

There’s just something about Destin in the fall—the summer rush slows down, but the beach is still calling.

🏖️ Don’t waste Fall Break at home. Come make it a beach break instead! Sandpiper Cove Real Estate, Inc., Sandpiper Cove Weddings & Events
