The Question I Would Ask -
If I owned a vacation condo in Miramar Beach today, there's one question I'd want answered:
“What would my property sell for if I put it on the market right now?”
Not what Zillow says.
Not what a neighbor thinks.
Not what I paid for it five years ago.
And not what another condo in the building sold for three years ago.
I'd want to know what buyers are actually seeing TODAY.
I'd want to compare my property against the competition.
I'd want to know what has recently SOLD—not just what's listed.
And I'd want to understand whether my property's rental performance, location, condition and amenities are helping or hurting its market position.
That's the kind of information I believe every coastal property owner should have.
