Job description
We are looking for a professional Property Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The Property Manager role is mainly representing our company to the public and respects the importance of and works diligently to maintain our established reputation. The specific duties of a Property Manager include, but are not limited to, formulating strategy, improving overall performance, scheduling and coordinating vendors, cleaners, property check-in/checkouts, self motivated and excellent organization and time management. You should be ready to lead and work efficiently with your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.
Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Handle repairs & maintenance for properties on site
Manage supply runs & supply purchases
Perform quality control inspections for properties.
Handle any issues that arise with guests & solve efficiently & swiftly.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Schedules and communicates with Vendors
Managing Cleaners: All cleaners, scheduling, payment and hiring
Managing Quality Control Managers
Managing Check-in and Checkouts
Working with Sales/Office Manager to Continually keep Guest Books up to date
Skills
Work experience as Property Manager or similar role in Real Estate
The ability to lead subordinates effectively as well as help with daily operations when needed.
Ability to multitask and prioritize with multiple properties in fast-paced environment
The ability to continually and effectively communicate with Travel Life Vacations teammates
The ability to multitask and prioritize with multiple properties in fast-paced environment
Excellent organization and time management
Quick response time to emails, phone calls and text messages
