The Emerald Grande’s resident owned unit‘s are closed every January. This allows maintenance to tend to repairs and upkeep to ensure our clients have the best possible experience in Destin on the Harbor Walk.

We will be back in business beginning in February and look forward to seeing you during Spring Break 2026!
