The sunset tonight was pretty amazing! The beauty before the storm. I was only able to snap a few pics on my way home from taking down signs before the winds kick up. There were dozens of people walking over from McGuires to take pics looking out over Crab Island. Pics don’t nearly do it justice. I grabbed the last pic from the live cam at Harborwalk.

If you’re in FWB stop by the firehouse on Hollywood to ring their memorial bell for 9/11. They’re there all day trying to ring out 3-4-3 for the fallen hero’s who gave their lives that day. It was a somber feeling to be there this morning but very moving. I met my mom, dad, and brother there for the beginning ceremony. My dad spent 2 weeks at ground zero after the attack with FL-1 DMAT assisting with the medical recovery.

Check out the sweet little 3 bedroom house I just listed in Fort Walton Beach for under $290k! With a little love, this could be an awesome first home. All the big stuff is already taken care of:

🏠 🔨New roof 2024
❄️ 🌬️New AC 2024
💧🔥 New water heater 2023

Sellers are motivated and willing to get creative with an offer! Call me to see it in person.

One step closer to closing this 1960’s charmer… a new roof went on yesterday and tomorrow is a partial rewire to get it up to s***f and qualify for insurance. I’m coordinating all of this for the seller. A good real estate agent does way more than most people realize.

Older houses especially can’t be sold as-is anymore unless you’re willing to leave $30k-$50k on the table and sell to an investor.
