Did you know a simple dripping shower k**b could prevent your house from closing?

Well it can! If an active water plumbing leak is recorded on the reports required for insurance if needs to be repaired. If a buyer can’t get insurance they can’t get financing. And if they cant get affordable insurance they may not qualify for financing.

So out with the old and in with the new! Regardless of the AS-IS contract repairs have to be made sometimes.

I noticed these showing a home recently that’s next to a marshy area. Who knows what they and why it’s a bad sign? This is deal breaker stuff!

That’s a wrap on day 2! Power washing, roof cleaned off and washed and all siding washed. The outside is looking great. This is the first home that’s taken me 2 days to prep.

Man I’m wiped out but this lawn looks so much better!

The back had been taken over the wooded lot next door and bears! I had to clean up several piles of trash bears had dragged back there to rummage through. It was hotter than Hades today and took me 5 hours juts to do the yard. I wanted to power wash too but I didn’t have it in me.
