One Bedroom / Two Bath Gulf Front Unit
Living Area 873 sq. ft., Balcony Area 94 sq. ft.
After making your way into your unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

One bedroom units sleep a maximum of 6 people. Master bedroom has King bed, with on-suite bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the Living Room.
All units are individually owned so the decor will vary from unit to unit. All units have a fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

Wireless Internet Television with DVD in master bedroom. Fully Stocked with linens and towels.

On our trip to Destin we......

With two balconies this unit offers a panoramic view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, it's coastline and the Destin City area. The master bedroom has it's own private balcony overlooking the pool area and great views of the Gulf and coastline.

Two bedroom units sleep a maximum of 6 people. Master bedroom has King bed, with on-suite bath with whirlpool bath garden tub. Guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds, with a Queen pull-out sofa in the Living room. All units are individually owned so the decor will vary from unit to unit.
