“Please understand, this is not a complaint just a fact. It's extremely noisy here at Pelican while working on the balconies. I just road in the elevator with a nice couple who is leaving the property because of the noise, which it's loud. The reason for my statement, please reach-out to your upcoming renters and remind them of the work being done. You will get a bad review if you don't. On a side note , it's looking great.”

Information from Pelican Beach Resort regarding closures. Make your travel plans accordingly! There are still plenty of things to do at the Condo!

Information on weatherproofing and closures:

Weatherproofing of Pelican Beach Resort effective December 28, 2022- January 30, 2023. During this time the balconies will be closed. The Dolphin Pool Deck and Hot Tub will be closed from October 21, 2022 to December 27, 2022. The Gulf Pool Deck and Hot Tub will be closed December 28, 2022 to March 3, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your vacation.

Just a reminder to our visitors at Pelican Beach Resort. A lot of work is going on in preparation for the upcoming season and while we hope it isn’t too loud…we have received some complaints. Even with the sliding door closed - it can be disturbing so plan accordingly!
