Review time! Since I am an independent contractor, I don't have to do annual reviews with a corporate boss 😄 I get to do reviews with my clients! At the end of the day, this is what I am working for. Pure client satisfaction and 5 star reviews. Selling or buying a property is stressful and it is not just opening the doors and writing an offer, it is much more than that. Emotions, negotiations, deadlines, inspections, lenders and play bigger roles than it appears. Well, here is a review I received from a client I helped sell. They owned the property as summer lake home for 20+ years, the day they bought the property it received countless upgrades and consistant maintainence. It was a difficult decision to sell but I can say they were happy with the decision and my expertise in selling lake front property.
