The concrete slab is officially POURED on our latest custom home! 💥 Getting to this point is a massive deal—it takes a ton of time, precise underground prep, and running all the plumbing and electrical right under the concrete before we can pour. 🛠️⚡🚿
Check out that super shiny garage floor at the start of the video! ✨ You can see the clouds reflecting perfectly off the surface. We spray a premium salt seal on the fresh slab to guarantee a finished floor that is engineered to survive harsh Minnesota winters. ❄️🛡️

Completed around 2015, this custom home on Jewett Lake was a true design challenge, with tight setbacks and a steep slope to navigate. "Modern Living Concepts helped us create our dream home. After looking at an enormous amount of floor plans, we cut out rooms to the size that we wanted. After that, we arranged and rearranged the rooms until we were pleased with the results. At that time we gave the floor plans we liked to Bryan, and he developed the blueprints just the way we wanted. Bryan was very helpful in explaining the steps to getting our home built. We would not change a thing about our home. My husband loves his garage, your grandchildren appreciate the privacy of the bonus room above the garage, and I love our large open kitchen, dining area, and living room. We have plenty of room to entertain our large extended family and yet cozy enough for my husband and me."
