Exciting progress update on the Frazee project with MLC Custom Homes! 🏡⚡
​The latest site delivery just landed, and big moves are happening inside. Cabinets are officially set, and all interior millwork and doors are on site ready for installation. 🛠️📦
​It’s still a rough canvas without the countertops and final trim in place, making it a bit tricky to picture the finished masterpiece just yet. But piece by piece, the vision is coming to life, and watching the big picture take shape on this Frazee home is incredible! 🔨✨

In 2008, we built this custom lake home on Long Lake in Vergas—a project that marked a major milestone in my career. It was my very first custom design and build, where I took a client's vision and transformed it into a reality. Prior to this, I had designed and built a few spec homes, but this project truly challenged me to interpret someone else's ideas. Armed with a hand sketch on graph paper, I embraced the challenge—a process I've since mastered over the years. This home remains a testament to innovation, collaboration, and the art of turning dreams into beautiful reality.

Major progress on the job site this week, and it is looking sharp! 🔨✨
​Exterior siding is nearly wrapped up! 🪵 Big wins this week: those beautiful screen porches are fully installed, the new overhead doors are in, and the house is officially locked and secured tight! 🔒🚪
​On the inside, walls are cut, rolled, and painted. Next week, cabinet installation begins! 🎨📦

PROGRESS IS FLYING IN FRAZEE! 🚀🔨✨
​Big things are happening over at our Frazee custom home project, and the transformation inside and out is unbelievable! 🏠🔥
​On the exterior, all of our concrete flatwork is officially poured, set, and in place. 🚛🧱
​Meanwhile, on the inside, the drywall phase is near completion! Every room has been fully textured, and the ceilings are freshly spray-painted a crisp, bright white. 🎨⚪
​Next up, the painting crew moves in to cut and roll all the beautiful custom wall colors. Once that paint dries, we will be rolling right into the high-end interior finishes! 🛠️💎
​We are moving fast and building precision quality every step of the way. Stay tuned as this stunning custom build gets closer to the finish line! 💥🏡
