In development projects, we coordinate all aspects through land acquisition, financing, construction and tenancy. We are comfortable serving as Developer, Co-Developer, Development Advisor, Construction Manager, Property Manager, and Contractor. We identify a space between Market and Land Owners in neighborhoods in finding optimal solutions. Assist current landowners who lack the financing and experience in meeting their needs while providing an optimal return to the Market. Community Update: Phase II of The Coe at West Village

We’re excited to invite our neighbors and community members to a Community Update meeting focused on Phase II of The Coe at West Village.

It’s been a little while since our last update, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. This meeting is an opportunity to share where we are, where we’re headed, and—most importantly—hear directly from you.

🗂 What we’ll cover:
• Updates from the previously shared design
• Presentation of the current design
• Areas where community input is welcome
• Proposed project timeline
• Process for identifying a potential transferor for 1514 & 1532
• Open Q&A and discussion

We value being thoughtful, transparent, and engaged neighbors. If you’re unable to attend, would like to connect one-on-one, or want a tour of a recent development to experience our build quality and design approach firsthand, feel free to reach out.

I appreciate every single person showing up for work every day. I appreciate those who use their brains and those who primarily use their hands (not that they don’t also use their brains) and put their bodies on the line so we can have beautiful and functional stuff.

I spend part of my days walking my construction sites looking people in the eye and saying thank you. If you have ever coached or taught my child; I pray you’ve gotten the same from me.

I don’t take the work done for with and on my behalf lightly. Nothing happens alone. I use my time saying thank you to honor how Harry Brown Jr. and Wanda Brown raised me. I’m sure politics don’t matter; where you are from doesn’t matter. I want you to know you are appreciated.

Today, Mayor Mike Duggan joined Woodborn Partners, Invest Detroit and the community to break ground on The Brooke at Bagley, bringing 78 new units to Detroit with 20% of them being . The Brooke is funded through the Strategic Neighborhood Fund's work in Southwest Detroit.
