Community Update: Phase II of The Coe at West Village

We’re excited to invite our neighbors and community members to a Community Update meeting focused on Phase II of The Coe at West Village.

It’s been a little while since our last update, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. This meeting is an opportunity to share where we are, where we’re headed, and—most importantly—hear directly from you.

🗂 What we’ll cover:
• Updates from the previously shared design
• Presentation of the current design
• Areas where community input is welcome
• Proposed project timeline
• Process for identifying a potential transferor for 1514 & 1532
• Open Q&A and discussion
