Brush 8 Residences in Brush Park is nearing completion!! The 1st three homes will be move-in ready by the end of this month. Several buyers are doing their final walkthroughs. Huntington Bank loan officers, Susie Edwards and Christine Gee, did a great job in accompanying buyers through tumultuous interest rates and have locked in rates as long as they could - and even longer. The building is gorgeous, the exterior almost complete. The interiors are even better than the renderings promised. Interior progress pictures will be posted next week. One unit is left available for sale, the other 7 are under contract.
