I get so giddy for my clients when things just ✨work✨ out.

When we walked into this condo… we both knew.

Instantly. 💥

It hit every 👏 single 👏 item on her wishlist.

When purchasing (especially your first home) there is a give and take. We strive to get 80% of the list. Very rare do we get 100% 🤷‍♀️ and that’s okay.

We had to act quick and swiftly… a property in this condition, with this price point, this low of an HOA, in this location, with an attached garage?! Of course it had multiple offers! 😅 THE PRESSURE.

We strategically wrote an offer catering to the sellers needs… but still making it sweet as pie for my client. 🙌
