Commercial real estate is not for the weak;

-The Commercial market sometimes moves at a 🐌 pace
-Many offers never make it to contract. 🤦🏾‍♂️
-Wholesalers pretend to be buyers 😒, but end being a waste of time.
-Spend a lot more time money and effort in the marketing (currently just about the 1 year mark) 😮‍💨

At the end of the day all you need is 1 buyer. Happy to say we have ours 🙏🏾
